3 Variations of the Tai Chi Poem
You may or may not have heard of the Tai Chi Poem, which is taught to children in some parts of China. I came across versions of this very short form a few times over my training experience, and used to scoff at it when I was younger, viewing it as a tiny morsel when I sought the full meal. When a friend from China showed me the recitation that goes along with the form, I saw an opportunity to get my son more deeply involved in training at 4 years old, which as you can see here, worked.
