No one needs a “we’re gonna launch” post, and I don’t need to write one, b e c a u s e… we FINALLY launched ReelwUrld on WeFunder! We are now open to the public to invest in what we believe will be the future of the Film, TV, and commercial production industries. We’re building a world where movies and shows are made with the audiences that love them, where fans participate in the story as characters, writers, directors, and more to create a new cultural standard. Since we launched exceeding the $50K minimum funds required (THANKS everyone that has already invested), we qualify for our first official email blast from WeFunder to their network of about 1 million investors, which happened this morning. AND next Friday we’ll have a public interview with one of WeFunder’s media investors. TODAY IS A BIG DAY.

Big enough for a special launch video from our lead investor, Ryan Kerrison. His belief in what ReelwUrld is and can become is beyond motivating to our whole team.

Many of you in my network have been instrumental in my personal journey in getting to this moment and I’d love for you to take this next step with me as an investor in ReelwUrld prior to the public gaining access. Early investors receive a 30% discount on the share price until we hit $150K, after which shares will be at full price. Here’s the link to our refined page on WeFunder with our snazzy new launch graphics:

I must share that the last month or so leading up to this point has been especially intense in a purifying way. A less aligned version of me would call it gruelling, but, perhaps due to the weekly 36-hour fasting I’ve brought into my training regimen, the work has felt more like sweeping leaves from the ground in my past life as a monk. I remember fondly my time at the USA Shaolin Temple in New York and cleaning the floors before and after class. The postures for cleaning were the same postures for training, with deep stances like “gong bu” (a bow stance) to work the mind and body more intensely as all movement is offered to the highest good.

Even though I was kicked out of that temple (ha!) I carry those practices with me everywhere.

Every bit of paperwork filed and every late night and early morning to get to this launch moment felt just like that (*that = the meditative sweeping, not the getting kicked out part — epic story for another time).

On that note, with the deepest sense of gratitude, I must thank my friend, training partner, and ReelwUrld’s general counsel, Mark Hiraide, without whom we would not be in any position to launch an equity crowdfunding campaign. Mark was always ready and eager to work into the night to make sure everything was done to perfection. A privilege I’ve had since birth has been being surrounded by masters of any discipline I care to inquire about. Many of you on this email list are those masters. Mark’s deep history in molding the equity crowdfunding ecosystem has placed our entire team in the most unique of positions.

Today we officially go forth to build out a vision that is as big as the entire world and will span across lifetimes. Spiritually, you’re all on the ground floor with us on ReelwUrld. I hope to see your cash there too LOL!

Thanks as always for the love and support.

With Love & Excelsior!
